Hosting and technical provision
The website is provided via Cloudflare Pages. Technically required server log data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser information, and referrer may be processed. Processing is necessary for the secure and reliable provision of the website and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Google Analytics
After your explicit consent we use Google Analytics 4 to evaluate website use and improve the site. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Usage data, technical information, and online identifiers may be processed; a transfer to third countries cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Appointment booking
The “Request a demo” link leads to booking at connect.milvius.systems. Booking is provided via Odoo Online. Data you enter there is processed to handle your enquiry and to take steps prior to entering into a contract. Supplementary privacy information applies on the booking page itself.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
